Day 1
We commence our journey to Eastbourne to arrival at our hotel mid afternoon. With its award winning sandy beaches and Victorian seafront - it's no wonder Eastbourne is such a popular holiday destination. Join us for a Glass of Mulled Wine in the Bar before Dinner
DDay 2
A leisurely breakfast to start the day before we head to lovely Chichester its streets and lanes of Georgian buildings fan out from the lovely medieval cathedral close. It is absolutely charming and easy to explore under foot.
We return to the hotel in time for Coffee/Tea and Mince Pies. A full Christmas traditional menu (with a visit from Santa for all those who have been good) awaits us this evening followed by live entertainment.
Day 3
Day at Leisure in Eastbourne to take a walk on the Pier, along the seafront or enjoy its shops and cafes. Attractions include the Life Boat Museum, The Towner Art Gallery with an exhibition over 3 floors, the Redoubt Fortress and Military Museum (a Georgian Fortress).
B, DDay 4
We depart late morning to the charming town of Lewes - a mixture of the unusual and intriguing and so typically Sussex.Time for shopping and sightseeing before we make our way to Alfriston to enjoy a Festive Afternoon Tea. A New Years Eve replica is planned this evening with Entertainment and party poppers galore!
B, DDay 5
This morning after breakfast, sadly it's time to bid farewell and head back home.
