Highgrove - The Royal Gardens

Highgrove is the private residence of King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla Parker Bowles, near Tetbury in Gloucestershire.  Since 1980 when our now King first arrived at Highgrove, His Royal Highness has devoted much energy to transforming the gardens around the house, which are now renowned as some of the most inspiring and innovative in the United Kingdom.

Your 1½-hour tour will be led by one of Highgrove's experienced guides. In addition to revealing the gardens’ history, organic management and sources of inspiration, they will explain the hidden curious and horticultural innovations behind them. Highgrove is a place of peace and tranquillity, where The King's passion and imagination have been etched onto the Cotswold landscape. From the magnificent Wildflower Meadow to the enchanting setting of the Arboretum, the gardens embody His Majesty's gardening ideals and organic principles.

 

Once our tour concludes, we enjoy a delicious set two course menu served in the Orchard Room restaurant. Our menu is created by the Highgrove Chef’s using the most seasonal and responsibly sourced ingredients.
