Day 1

We head to Llandudno to arrive at our accommodation early afternoon. Llandudno is one of the UK's best-loved seaside towns, known for its elegant Victorian promenade, pastel-coloured seafront hotels and timeless atmosphere. Dinner is served in the Peppercorns restaurant. Enjoy an evening of Live Entertainment.

Day 2

After breakfast, we make our way to the ancient market town of Llangollen, nestled within the beautiful Dee Valley and under the watchful gaze of Dinas Bran Castle. After lunch, we reboard the coach for our short journey to Llangollen Wharf for our cruise on the 'Thomas Telford' - 2 hours of peaceful cruising along the stunning Dee valley. A live commentary from your skipper gives you the history, local knowledge and up to date gossip along the way.

Day 3

Day at Leisure - Today is free to enjoy the delights of Llandudno. Walk along the longest pier in Wales or ride the Cable operated tram from Happy Valley to the summit of the Great Orme.

Day 4

A very scenic journey takes us through the Snowdonia National Park to the Portmeirion home to a cluster of historic cottages, iconic architecture, a spa, stylish shops, casual cafes, an Italian ice cream parlour, exotic gardens and sandy beaches. Portmeirion also served as "The Village" in the 1960's television show - The Prisoner.

Day 5

After breakfast, we make our way to the historic town of Chester with its beautiful half-timbered buildings. Time for lunch before we return home.

The Tynedale Hotel

Our hotel is the centrally located 4* Tynedale situated on Llandudno’s iconic Victorian promenade. Just 20 metres from the beach and a short walk from the high street and the pier.

All rooms offer en-suite facilities, a flat screen TV, Telephone, hairdryer, iron and hospitality tray. There is live entertainment each evening, Bar, A café-bar with bistro style lunch menu and the Peppercorns Restaurant served on the lower ground floor – served by a lift. There is a lift to all floors – some rooms are accessed by a few steps.
