Unfortunately, we still face ongoing restrictions both in destination and through Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advice. Whilst we will endeavour to resume operations as early as possible, and remain optimistic, each decision will be on a case by case basis, the well-being of our customers and staff is always our top priority. All decisions regading the operations of holidays will be taken on FCDO & Government advice, feedback and intelligence from our teams and suppliers on the ground to ensure the viability of being able to deliver the great experiences our customers know and expect.
19th July 2021
Following the Governments latest announcements that from Monday 19th July most COVID 19 restrictions across England will be eased, the safety and welfare of our passengers and staff members alike continues to be a top priority. Here at Middletons Tours, we intend to progress with sensibility and caution.
Whilst the Government no longer consider it mandatory to wear a face covering on board our Vehicles, it is highly recommended that face coverings are worn whilst boarding and disembarking. Should you move from your seat for any reason whilst on board, please ensure to wear a face mask/covering.
We will continue to perform temperature checks at the time of boarding.
We ask that you continue to make use of the hand sanitisers each time you enter the Vehicle.
Where possible a double seat will be allocated to Individual Travellers. Please Note: Hoteliers, Restaurants, Trains, Cruises, Attractions and certainly other parts of the UK will have differing restrictions. We will adhere to the latest guidelines for each Country/Supplier that we are travelling to.
As we progress towards the normality that we all so long for, our procedures will be kept under constant review and we reserve the right to make further updates as the situation changes.
We will continue to uphold our rigorous cleaning regimes and do our very best to provide our customers with a clean travelling environment.
Thank you for your constant support, patience and understanding. Lets continue to travel safely!

If you decide to cancel your upcoming holiday and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) has not advised against travel to your destination, then our standard booking and cancellation conditions will apply.
If we have been forced to cancel your holiday due to the effect of the COVID-19 Pandemic, you will either receive an e-mail communication advising you and guiding you through the next steps or a letter through the post. Please make sure that you check your junk mail as sometimes e-mails can be automatically directed. We are working through the impacted holidays in strict date order.
The wellbeing and safety of our customers and staff continues to be our top priority. We are working closely with our trusted partners in destination to ensure that all Health and Safety protocols are adhered to, ready for when we can return and will of course be following the advice provided to us by CPT, the Government and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office to make sure that every aspect of you holiday is compliant in terms of health and safety laws for the destination that you are travelling to.Back To Top
