Day 1
Our journey today takes us to the border town of Gretna Green. We continue further North arriving at our hotel late afternoon.
DDay 2
A leisurely breakfast before we head to Edinburgh. Our day begins with a Guided City Tour - free time after to explore this fascinating City. We continue to the Park Hotel located in the centre of Montrose.
B, DDay 3
This morning we visit Newton Farm, a family-run working farm in rural Angus, where we meet farmer Lou. We enjoy a guided tour, discover what daily life is like on a Scottish farm and have the opportunity to pet and feed the animals. We round off our visit with some home baked treats and Tea/Coffee. Our day continues to Glamis Castle, one of the most impressive, romantic and reputedly haunted castles in Scotland, the childhood home of the late Queen Mother. We include a guided visit of the Castle.
B, DDay 4
Join us to the breathtakingly beautiful harbour town of Stonehaven on the Aberdeenshire Coast. Our day continues to Aberdeen a lively, cosmopolitan and stunningly elegant city. We include a guided tour to further enhance our visit.
B, DDay 5
Today we visit Balmoral Estate, a favourite of the Royal Family. The Estate is located on the right bank of the River Dee in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, which boasts breathtaking spectacular landscapes from wild, high mountains, to heather moorlands and magnificent forests. Visit Crathie Church, before we make our way to the Victorian village of Ballater. (NB: Our interior visit is extended to the Ballroom only)
B, DDay 6
We bid farewell to Montrose and journey to St. Andrews, Scotland's world-famous Home of Golf. Then its on to Jedburgh, the bonniest town in the borders before reaching our overnight hotel in Yorkshire.
B, DDay 7
A leisurely start to the day, before heading to the thriving bustling market town of Northallerton in North Yorkshire. Time for Lunch and Sightseeing before we head back home.

The Park Hotel is located in the quiet Mid Links area of Montrose, just a few minutes walk from the High Street and beautiful beach. All rooms feature TV, Tea/Coffee Facilities and Hairdryer. The Hotel does not have a lift.
